What is my return timeframe?
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How do I return an item?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact me at hello@elizabethbergesen.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. I will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your returned item of your refund status.
How long to refunds take?
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since I have approved your return, please contact me at hello@elizabethbergesen.com.
My item has arrived damaged. What do I do?
I take the utmost care in packaging. If your item does arrive damaged, let me know by sending me a message via my contact page.
How do I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What is non returnable?
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
